The upstairs is the perfect setting for a restful night of sleep in one of the two bedrooms. The air-conditioned master bedroom includes a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. The basement family room features a gas fireplace and entertainment center. In addition, the sofa in the family room converts into a queen-size bed. With modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, a walk-out patio, and a jetted tub, this townhome is equipped with an abundance of North Shore charm.

Aspenwood 6538 on Lake Superior is centrally located and close to many North Shore attractions. From skiing in the winter to golfing in the warmer months, the best downhill ski resort and golf course in Minnesota are within minutes. Shopping can be found in the nearby towns of Lutsen and Grand Marais. And when it comes to hiking, biking, fishing, and other outdoor adventures, the possibilities are endless. For instance, Temperance River State Park is just a short drive away!
