If you desire a quiet and peaceful retreat deep in the beautiful North Woods, look no further than Woodsy Cabin. This wooded setting is perfect for anyone just looking for a little peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. Located about fifteen miles outside of Grand Marais, Minnesota, guests can also access the nearby public dock onto Pike Lake and enjoy everything the lake has to offer!

Inside Woodsy Cabin you will find an open living room with a separate dining and game area. Perfect for those family game nights! The quaint kitchen may not be filled with every amenity, but it has what you will need to enjoy a meal of freshly caught Pike Lake fish! Relax with a good book in the living room, or head upstairs for a good night's rest in the loft bedroom. 

Outside, guests of Woodsy Cabin enjoy sharing stories and making Smores around the firepit. Sit out on the Pike Lake-facing deck with your morning cup of coffee and you just might have a chance encounter with a deer or a fox making their way through the woods. 

While this home doesn't have direct access to Pike Lake, the public dock is nearby. So bring your boat for a day on the lake or just plan to relax and explore the area. There is so much to offer from small-town ma and pa shops and restaurants in Grand Marais to miles of hiking and biking trails at Cascade River State Park.

During the winter months, guests can enjoy being close to a broad system of snowmobile trails and cross-country ski trails. Lutsen Mountains is only 22 miles away for those looking to do some alpine skiing.

Need More Space? "Cabin Sweet Cabin" is located on the same property closer to the lake. Rent both together for more space for larger parties or multiple families traveling together.

This Home is Pet Friendly! Pets are welcome in this home with an additional fee. There is a 2 pet maximum.

Remote Location: Guests should be aware that Pike Lake is a remote lake in Northern Minnesota. There is limited to no cell phone coverage in this area. WiFi is provided and most cellular providers allow for WiFi calling.

Woodsy Cabin is located down a gravel road in a secluded setting about fifteen miles from downtown Grand Marais. Here you are a short drive to a beautiful section of the Cascade River and the Pike Lake public boat landing.

Woodsy Cabin is also just a short drive from Grand Marais which is filled with unique art galleries, stores, and restaurants while also being centrally located to many wilderness outdoor activities available on the North Shore. Only a few miles away are state parks, beaches, the Gunflint Trail, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling trails, and so much more. You will find adventure year-round in Grand Marais.
